V.I.E. – Ingénieur(e) Achats & Suivi des fournisseurs

Héritier d'entreprises centenaires, il conçoit et réalise des ouvrages complexes à l'international. Grâce à son expertise, sa capacité d'ingénierie et son management de projets, il déploie des solutions globales et modulables, en partenariat avec les acteurs locaux

SPIECAPAG réalise des projets complexes de pipelines terrestres et d’infrastructures associées telles que des stations de pompage et de comptage ainsi que des réseaux d’adduction d’eau ou de transport de minerais.

Les deux entreprises collaborent dans le cadre d’un projet international de grande envergure et dans un environnement exigeant.

Pour contribuer au succès de ce projet, nous recherchons un(e)

 V.I.E. – Ingénieur(e) Achat et Suivi des Fournisseurs
Projet chez le Sous-Traitant Engineering et ensuite Base-Vie

Rattaché(e)  au Procurement Manager du projet, vos missions seront notamment :

  • Établir et mettre à jour le « Procurement Register » du projet ;
  • Préparer les dossiers techniques, les réquisitions matérielles (MR), les nomenclatures et les cahiers des charges ;
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination avec les équipes Ingénierie, Construction, Qualité et Planning ;
  • Préparer les dossiers de consultation (RFQ) ;
  • Lancer les appels d'offres auprès des fournisseurs approuvés;
  • Répondre aux demandes d'éclaircissements des soumissionnaires ;
  • Organiser les réunions de clarification technique et commerciale ;
  • Préparer les évaluations commerciales (Commercial Bid Evaluation) ;
  • Assurer le suivi de fabrication des équipements ;
  • Contrôler l'avancement des commandes ;
  • Identifier et traiter les risques de retard ;
  • Organiser les réunions de suivi fournisseurs ;
  • Mettre en place des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire ;
  • Tenir à jour le Procurement Status Report ;
  • Produire les indicateurs de performance achats ;
  • Établir les tableaux de bord de suivi ;
  • Remonter les risques et opportunités au management projet

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation d'Ingénieur généraliste ou d’affaires, Travaux Publics, Mécanique, Énergie ou équivalent.
  • Vous êtes éligible au dispositif V.I.E. de Business France.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en gestion de projet, achats techniques, approvisionnement EPC ou travaux acquise au travers d'un stage, d'une alternance ou d'un premier emploi sur des projets d'infrastructures.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit d'analyse et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe dans un contexte multiculturel.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et êtes à l'aise pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
  • Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint. La connaissance d'outils de gestion de projet ou de suivi documentaire serait un plus.
