Référent Excellence Opérationnelle F/H

Au sein du Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 345M€, 2000 collaborateurs) et dans le contexte d’une organisation décentralisée composée de 7 périmètres et 28 Entreprises, le·la  Référent·e Excellence opérationnelle (F/H) sera rattaché·e à la holding et travaillera en détachement pour les Entreprises dans le cadre de missions ponctuelles et des projets plus globaux.

MISSIONS


Rattaché·e à la responsable excellence opérationnelle, du pôle VINCI Facilities vos missions seront :

  • Participer et/ou gérer un projet d’excellence opérationnelle / déployer le programme excellence
  • Assurer la gestion du projet (cadrage, communication, préparation des comités de pilotage, point d’avancement avec les managers opérationnels…)
  • Appliquer la méthodologie Excellence opérationnelle (du diagnostic au suivi / mesure du plan d’action)
  • Animer les ateliers de travail : type 5S, pérennité de la démarche au sein de l’entreprise
  • Proposer des changements organisationnels et participer à la mise en place
  • Développer les outils et méthodes internes du service


CDI, basé à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) avec déplacements sur sites en Ile-de-France.


Issu d’une formation supérieure Bac+5 de type Ecole d'ingénieur généraliste, vous avez une appétence forte sur des problématiques Lean / excellence opérationnelle / conseil en organisation. 
Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du pack office.


On vous reconnaît écoute, pédagogie, force de proposition et d'innovation et capacité à fédérer.
