Tu es jeune diplômé·e d’une école d’ingénieur (Bac+5) et tu as 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques ou en lien avec les infrastructures urbaines ? Tu veux contribuer à la transition énergétique, travailler sur des projets concrets et avoir un vrai impact sur ton territoire ? 

Chez Citeos, nous accompagnons les collectivités locales dans l’amélioration de la performance énergétique de leurs équipements : éclairage public, bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques, signalisation tricolore… Et bien plus encore !


🎯 Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes :
En lien direct avec le Chef d’entreprise, tu seras responsable de tes projets de A à Z. Tu gères ton portefeuille clients, développes de nouvelles opportunités et pilotes les chantiers avec autonomie et engagement.

Tes principales responsabilités :

Suivre les travaux et contrats de maintenance en Ă©clairage public
Organiser les moyens humains et matériels pour garantir la qualité et la sécurité
Proposer et mettre en Ĺ“uvre des solutions bas carbone
Assurer la gestion financière de tes affaires
Manager les Ă©quipes terrain
Être l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e de tes clients

Un diplôme d’ingénieur Bac+5
Une première expérience (1 à 2 ans) dans un poste similaire ou en gestion de projets techniques
Un esprit d’équipe et une vraie curiosité
