Description du poste :

Dans le cadre de notre développement, MASSELIN TERTIAIRE recherche un(e) conducteur(trice) de travaux (F/H) motivé(e) et autonome pour intervenir sur des chantiers tertiaires principalement (rénovation).

Vos missions principales :

En tant que conducteur(trice) de travaux, vous serez le garant du bon déroulement des chantiers.

- Préparer, organiser et suivre les chantiers,
- Encadrer les équipes de chantier et coordonner les sous-traitants,
- Gérer les approvisionnements et les plannings,
- Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité,
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du client tout au long du projet,
- Suivre les budgets et participer à la gestion financière des affaires,


- Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en électricité ou équivalent
- Expérience significative en conduite de travaux dans le domaine de l'électricité
- Bonnes compétences techniques et managériales
- Sens de léorganisation, autonomie et esprit d'équipe
