Intégré(e) au bureau d’études Automatisme, notre futur(e) stagiaire contribue à la réalisation d’un ou plusieurs projets à forte valeur ajoutée en automatisme.

TES MISSIONS : 
Sous le management du Responsable BE ou du Chef de Projet :
➢ Etude, conception et réalisation
• Lire et Analyser un cahier des charges client ou une offre ACTEMIUM
• Réaliser l'étude automatisme (analyse fonctionnelle, schéma fonctionnel, architecture …)
• Piloter l'étude électrique
• Réaliser une supervision
• Rédiger l'analyse de risque (partie électrique et automatisme)
• Réaliser le programme automate (pc automate, siemens, schneider…)
• Rédiger le plan de test
• Créer, nommer et sauvegarder les documents et logiciels issus des études
➢ Achats
• Rédiger la nomenclature
• Consulter et négocier avec les fournisseurs
• Commander le matériel après validation d'un employé de niveau supérieur
• Suivre les commandes : délais, quantités, réception…
➢ Maintenance et SAV
• Créer les notices de maintenance
• Créer la liste pièces de rechange
• Réaliser la documentation technique
➢ Production
• Participer à la préparation atelier
• Participer à la mise en service sur site
• Mettre à jour les documents suite à la mise en service
• Connaître et respecter les règles de sécurité

TON PROFIL : 

Ta formation en cours de Bac+5 Ingénieur automaticien ou assimilé te permet de maîtriser les automates standards : Siemens, Schneider et Automate de type PC. Tu étudieras, au sein d'une équipe, tout ou partie d'un système, puis tu participeras à sa réalisation et sa mise en service, ainsi que sa maintenance.
