Rattaché au responsable qualité opérationnelle, vous assurez la fluidité et la mise en place de méthodologie de travail sur tout le processus de fabrication de l’entreprise. Néanmoins, l’orientation de ce poste est dédiée qualité opérationnelle

VOS MISSIONS : 

1.      Qualité opérationnelle

o   Assurer la gestion de l’ensemble des Non-Conformités de l’entreprise.

§  Collecter les NC

§  Faire le suivi de chacune d’elles et s’assurer qu’elles soient traitées

§  Mettre en place les actions correctives long terme associées à ces NC.

§  Animer et faire évoluer ce processus

o   Qualité atelier

§  Faire les contrôles qualité des équipements en sortie d’atelier

§  Former et sensibiliser l’équipe sur ces contrôles

§  Animer et faire évoluer ce processus

2.      Méthodes

o   Orienté atelier, mise en place de check-list de montage

§  Animer et faire évoluer ce processus

§  Former et sensibiliser l’équipe

o   Mettre en place des outils de suivi des temps d’assemblage

o   Aider les chefs d’équipes

§  Préparer les plannings de montage atelier

§  Analyser les dérives éventuelles chaque semaine

§  Participer au chiffrage d’affaire

o   Amélioration continu, process, organisation


Vous êtes étudiant en dernière année de cyce Ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisé en génie et vous recherchez votre stage de fin d'études. 

Vous avez une appétence pour la technique, et le relationnel humain, nécessaire à la gestion de la qualité opérationnelle.

Vous avez également de la rigueur et une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
