Vos missions
En tant qu’Assistant(e) Administratif(ve), vous serez un acteur clé du bon fonctionnement administratif de notre entreprise. Vos principales responsabilités seront :

Gestion des appels et courriers.
Suivi administratif des dossiers clients et fournisseurs.
Préparation et suivi des devis, factures et bons de commande.
Organisation et planification des interventions.
Support administratif auprès des équipes opérationnelles.


Profil recherché

Formation en administration ou secrétariat.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office).
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et discrétion.
Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
