Work Scheme: Rotational 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off

Mission Context
The Marine Superintendent will support offshore operations.
The role acts as the focal point for all marine-related activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and
efficient execution of offshore marine operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-hire inspections of drilling rigs, PSVs, and AHTSs and follow up corrective actions
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all marine operations (rig moves, mooring, anchor handling)
- Review and validate procedures, studies, risk assessments (JRA), and marine documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and local regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and marine warranty surveyors
- Monitor execution and ensure timely delivery of marine operations
- Provide reporting on operational progress and performance
- Support optimization and technical decision-making for marine activities
Specific Activities
- Validate crew certifications and contractor capabilities
- Review planning data and ensure reliability of inputs
- Participate in operational and interface meetings
- Coordinate marine logistics and resources
- Conduct inspections and audits of vessels and equipment
- Provide technical expertise on rig moves, mooring systems, and offshore operations
- Issue notices to mariners and ensure communication across stakeholders
HSE Responsibilities
- Enforce company HSE policies and offshore safety standards
- Promote safety culture onboard vessels
- Identify risks and ensure corrective actions implementation
- Conduct safety meetings and hazard identification activities
- Ensure compliance with international marine safety regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in deep water operations
- Experience in shallow water operations (minimum 5 years)
- Proven expertise in rig moves and anchor handling
- Accredited OVID inspector
- Experience in vessel inspections and audits
- ROV operations experience
- Master Mariner or Chief Engineer unlimited license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Studies or Marine Engineering
