Job title: Night Drilling Completion Supervisor

Sector: Oil & Gas

Starting date: October/November

Duration: 24 months Minimum

Location: Paramaribo, Suriname

Status: rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with twelve (12) hours of work per day

Languages: English-speaking working environment

MISSIONS

· Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department

· Ensure continuity of the supervision on board the rig during night operations.

· Adapt to changes in work practices and job activities within the DCSSV agreement

· Be efficient in reporting and deliver high standard DDR Supervise the service companies providing

· Fluids, Cement and Waste Management services.

ACTIVITIES

The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:

➢ Technical

· Supervise the implementation of drilling programs. Assist to work instructions.

· Guaranteeing the accomplishment of the operations, in compliance with Company rules, safety and

· environmental protection

· referential.

· Optimizing rig equipment & processes in relation with contractors.

· Contribute to reinforcing the application of best working practices in order to:

▪ Compliance with HSE rules, standards and targets

▪ Prevent major accidents (blow out, spills, etc) ▪ Prevent any damage to TotalEnergies assets

▪ Minimize Non-Productive Time and enhance operational performances

· In charge of Issuing daily the Daily Drilling Report / Well view TotalEnergies reporting system.

· Conduct costs follow-up tracking sheet

· Anticipate potential problems and plan (with the DCSSV) to help with alternative strategies

· Anticipate needs of equipment and inform the DCSSV

· Contribute to the improvement of skills and know-how.

· Compile night lessons learnt and enhanced drilling performances and advise the DCASV in charge to track it

➢ Management and interfaces

· Ensure the continuity of the operations between the night and the day shift

➢ HSE

· Ensure that Company and Contractor HSE standards are fully respected and known by all. o Actively participate in Company and Contractor safety awareness and initiative schemes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Technician or Engineering Profile (bachelor’s degree of Engineering or equivalent), with more than 5 years of experience in operational environment in drilling

· Good knowledge of offshore and specifically deepwater environment

· Good knowledge of TotalEnergies’ referential, processes and methods
