Située sur le bassin de Lacq, au pied de la chaîne des Pyrénées et à une heure de Biarritz, Actemium Pau, filiale du Groupe VINCI Energies, accompagne ses clients industriels grâce à des contrats de maintenance pluriannuels à forte valeur ajoutée. Notre mission : optimiser durablement la performance de leurs installations grâce à notre expertise en maintenance, organisation, méthodes et fiabilisation.


Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Méthodes.


Vos missions :
En lien étroit avec les équipes techniques au sein des contrats de maintenance, vous interviendrez sur des missions variées et à forte valeur ajoutée :
- Piloter ou participer à des projets chez nos clients
- Proposer et déployer des solutions innovantes : digitalisation, outils de mobilité, IoT, Big Data, NTIC…
- Intégrer, suivre et analyser les données en GMAO
- Participer à l’élaboration et à l’optimisation des plans de maintenance
- Créer des gammes de maintenance et des modes opératoires
- Concevoir et suivre des analyses : indicateurs de performance, tableaux de bord…
- Planifier et coordonner des arrêts de maintenance
- Réaliser des analyses de stocks
- Conduire des études techniques : VIS, AMDEC…
- Manager des équipes projet sur des sujets spécifiques


• Ingénieur spécialisé en électricité-instrumentation, génie industriel, ou titulaire d’un BTS Maintenance Industrielle avec expérience significative
• Organisé(e), réactif(ve) et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel
• Esprit d’entrepreneur, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe
• Intérêt marqué pour l’innovation, la data et l’amélioration continue
