Comptable Frais Généraux F/H

VINCI Facilities (1,4 milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en 2019, 8500 salariés) assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants, de la maintenance multitechnique aux prestations de facility management.

Le Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 270M€, 1650 collaborateurs), recrute un·e Comptable Frais Généraux pour l'une de ses Entreprises, spécialisée dans le secteur de l'évènementiel.

En tant que Comptable auxiliaire, vous êtes rattaché·e au·à la Responsable administratif·ve de l’Entreprise et aurez pour principales missions :

  • Comptabilisation des factures fournisseurs et notes de frais
  • Création de bons de commandes clients et fournisseurs
  • Analyse des frais généraux : suivi des budgets notamment sur la flotte auto et cadeaux de fin d’années
  • Gérer la flotte auto (cotation, électrification de la flotte auto en 2024, demandes quotidiennes, gérer les amendes, les cartes TOTAL, etc …)

Le poste est à pourvoir ASAP sur le Parc des Expositions de Paris Porte de Versailles (75015) 


Titulaire d'un BAC +2 type BTS Comptabilité, vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative en comptabilité et RH.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec le PackOffice (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)

Vous êtes dynamique, motivé.e et capable de vous adapter à une équipe administrative organisée et pourvue de l'esprit de service ?

Le secteur de l'évènementiel vous est familier ?
