VINCI Facilities recherche son futur Technicien de Maintenance CVC / Multitechnique H/F.

Expert de la maintenance des bâtiments, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des installations techniques et contribuez chaque jour à la satisfaction de nos clients.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance pour intervenir sur un site tertiaire situé à Paris.

Vos missions :
• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective.
• Assurer les interventions de premier niveau en CVC, électricité et multitechnique.
• Maintenir la qualité de service attendue par le client.
• Participer à la remontée des informations d'exploitation.


• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience.
• Autonomie sur site.
• Connaissances CVC indispensables.
• Sens du service et bon relationnel.


• Intégrer un site tertiaire premium à forte visibilité.
• Intervenir sur des installations techniques variées : CVC, traitement d'air, GTB, CFO/CFA et contrôle d'accès.
• Évoluer dans un environnement où la qualité de service est au coeur des enjeux.
• Rejoindre une équipe expérimentée favorisant l'entraide et la montée en compétences.
• Bénéficier des perspectives d'évolution offertes par VINCI Facilities et le Groupe VINCI Energies.
