Technicien de maintenance SSI F/H

VINCI Facilities, intégrée à la division Vinci Energies France, a pour mission de gérer tout ou partie des installations techniques de bâtiments professionnels et des services aux occupants tout en optimisant les coûts et la qualité.

Le Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 250M€, 1700 collaborateurs), recrute un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance SSI (H/F) pour l’une de ses Entreprises, OPTEOR IMMOTIC, spécialisée dans la maintenance et les travaux d'installations courant faible (vidéosurveillance, contrôle d'accès, interphonie, SSI…)

Poste en itinérance sur PARIS et IDF 

Sous la responsabilité du responsable de site, vous assurerez les missions suivantes :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes de sécurité incendie ;
  • Réaliser les travaux induits ;
  • Ronde technique au PC
  • Mise en service et programmation ;
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des prestations et s'assurer de la continuité du fonctionnement des installations ;
  • Etablir des comptes-rendus de contrôle et d’intervention ;
  • Appliquer avec rigueur les règles et les instructions de sécurité, qualité et environnement et être garant, par son attitude, de sa propre sécurité et celle de son entourage ;
  • Maintenir et développer la relation client en apportant vos conseils d’expert
  • GMAO client
  • Dépannage et programmation 

De formation technique Bac à BAC+2 électrotechniques, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la maintenance des systèmes de sécurité. Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances en :

  • Electricité courants faibles.
  • ANTARES, DEF
  • CHUBB
  • SIEMENS
