Contexte de la mission
Dans le cadre de ses projets d’amélioration continue et de conformité réglementaire, le client souhaite confier à un prestataire externe, consultant, une mission d’accompagnement QHSE sur son site de Pont-sur-Sambre. L’objectif est de garantir la bonne application des exigences QHSE sur un périmètre de projets spécifiques, d’optimiser la gestion des risques et de contribuer à l’amélioration de la culture sécurité.

Objectifs et livrables
Nous avons pour objectif de renforcer notre système QHSE avec l'expertise recherchée.

  • Sécuriser la réalisation des projets d’amélioration du site sur le plan QHSE.
  • Garantir la conformité réglementaire et documentaire des opérations.
  • Renforcer la culture sécurité et la sensibilisation des équipes.
  • Optimiser la gestion des déchets et le suivi des actions correctives.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des axes d’amélioration continue.
