V.I.E Civil Engineering Methods Engineer – High Voltage Substation

Key Responsibilities


Preparation & Methods Phase

  • Participate in design reviews (foundations, buildings, concrete and steel structures, finishing works, roads and utilities).
  • Contribute to the identification of technical and HSE risks (MSRA, JSA) and ensure the definition of work methodologies, phasing, and construction sequences.
  • Support the development of the construction schedule, particularly regarding civil works / electromechanical interfaces.

Construction Progress Monitoring

  • Set up and regularly update tools to monitor physical construction progress (progress tracking sheets, S-curves).
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports for the Project Management team and the Client.

Cross-functional Support

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of civil works construction methods and reporting tools within the company.

  • Generalist or specialized Engineering degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Structures
  • Experience in site supervision and/or civil engineering activities, ideally in one or more of the following environments: data centers, buildings, industrial sites, energy projects, or infrastructure works
  • Strong command of standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with a planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Strong interest in on-site work / field exposure
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
