Au sein de notre équipe technique, vous serez amené.e dans vos missions, à intervenir pour nos clients, sur site et à distance, dans différents types d’activités :

  • Installation d’infrastructure sur site client
  • Support technique
  • Assistance technique à la vente
  • Gestion de nos infrastructures d’hébergement
  • Formation.

Outre une bonne connaissance généraliste des infrastructures serveurs, stockage, sécurité et sauvegarde, la maitrise d’un ou plusieurs domaines techniques parmi les suivants serait un plus :

  • Microsoft Windows Server + Active Directory
  • VMWARE
  • Veeam
  • Linux
  • Hyperconvergence
  • Topologie Réseau, Firewall …

Vous devez posséder une expérience de plusieurs années dans les technologies informatiques de type Infrastructure.

Les qualités requises pour réussir et s’épanouir sur ce poste sont :

  • Bonnes connaissances techniques informatiques
  • Travail en équipe
  • Ecoute du client et réactivité.
  • Autonomie – Sens de l’initiative
  • Bon relationnel – Courtoisie
