Vos principales responsabilités :

En collaboration avec notre équipe d’estimation passionnée et dynamique, la personne retenue sera chargée d'estimer, d’analyser et d'évaluer des projets dans le domaine du génie civil. Les principales tâches en tant qu’estimateur comprennent :

  • Lire et analyser les plans, devis et addendas.
  • Calculer les quantités nécessaires au projet.
  • Obtenir et analyser les prix des sous-traitants et fournisseurs.
  • Faire le montage de la soumission.
  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer sur les projets, assister aux rencontres avec le client et/ou aux réunions de chantier.
  • Participer à la présentation et à la finalisation de la soumission avec la direction.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation dans le domaine du génie civil ou du génie de la construction
  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en estimation de construction;
  • Capacité à lire les plans et devis ;
  • Facilité à travailler en équipe ;
  • Sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités ;
  • Soucis du détail;
  • Connaissance de la suite MS Office.
