UBBAK à Le Havre recherche un Responsable Projets HVAC (H/F) pour l’activité Travaux en CDI et basé à Rouen (76).

UBBAK assure pour ses clients la conception, l’installation et la maintenance des installations frigorifiques et de traitement d’air. Son orientation stratégique conduit depuis plusieurs années à privilégier l’Efficacité Energétique, la mise au point de solutions utilisant des gaz Verts écologiques et contribuant à la décarbonation des installations.

Elle met en œuvre ses compétences et son savoir-faire dans divers secteurs du tertiaire à l’industrie.

Le collaborateur recherché s’inscrit dans une volonté de développement.

En collaboration avec le Responsable d’affaires, vous aurez pour principales missions :

Assurer l'interface avec les clients
Participer au chiffrage des projets
Suivre et maitriser les avancements techniques et financiers des projets
Veiller à la maitrise des réglementations applicables
Gérer et prendre en compte les contraintes projets
Rédiger les notes techniques
Consulter les fournisseurs et vérifier les offres techniques et financières
Assurer le reporting et le respect des objectifs Qualité

Ce poste en CDI est à pourvoir sur le secteur de Rouen (76) pour une rémunération (Plan Epargne groupe VINCI et autres avantages) à négocier selon votre profil et votre expérience.


Diplômé(e) dans le domaine des énergies (BTS FED, DUT Génie thermique, Licence pro, IFFI, Ecoles d'ingénieurs), vous disposez de 3 ans d'expérience réussie dans cette fonction.

Vous possédez également les qualités répondant aux exigences du poste : autonomie et disponibilité, présence et affirmation, rigueur et organisation, capacité d’écoute et sens du service client, aisance relationnelle et goût pour le travail en équipe.

Vous êtes quelqu’un doté d’un bon esprit managérial, vous êtes un bon rédacteur, rigoureux, motivé et méthodique. Vous savez surveiller la conduite de projets dans le respect des contraintes de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement.

Vous êtes autonome, organisé et vous avez le sens de la communication et de la sécurité.

De nature curieuse, vous êtes force de proposition et vous aimez apprendre.
