Assistant d'entreprise F/H

Lefort Francheteau, filiale de VINCI Energies, est positionnée sur les grands projets dans le domaine du tertiaire. Lefort Francheteau conçoit, réalise et met en service des installations de climatisation, chauffage et ventilation.

Lefort Francheteau emploi 290 salariés et a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 160 M€ en 2023.

Rattaché(e) au chef d'entreprise, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Accueil téléphonique,

  • Réception et gestion du courrier et des livraisons,

  • Gestion des fournitures de bureaux et consommable entreprise,

  • Saisie des commandes de matériel dans l’outil de gestion interne.

Temps de travail : 38h/semaine avec acquisition de RTT.

Poste à pourvoir à partir de novembre 2025 en CDD d'une durée de 6 mois pour un remplacement de congé maternité.

Poste basé à Rueil-Malmaison (92).


De formation Bac pro à Bac+2, dans le domaine du secrétariat. Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 2 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre sens du service et relationnel,
  • Votre sens de l’organisation et de rigueur,
  • Vous savez gérer vos priorités,
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) et vous démontrez de solides capacités d'initiative et d'autonomie,
  • Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, maitrisez le pack Office (Word et Excel).
