Chef de chantier CVC F/H

LEFORT FRANCHETEAU, société à taille humaine filiale de VINCI Energies, s’est développée sur la base d’une expertise-métier associée à l’écoute de ses clients. Positionnés en leader sur les grands projets dans le domaine du tertiaire, centres-commerciaux, stades, hôtels, laboratoires,… Nous concevons et réalisons toutes les installations de génie climatique et de plomberie.

Dans le cadre de la création d'une nouvelle entité, en tant que chef de chantier CVC, vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Être force de proposition pour optimiser l'installation,
  • Participer ou réaliser le contrôle et la mise en service de l'installation finale (réglage, programmation, mise au point…),
  • Procéder aux actions correctives,
  • Animer son équipe et assurer la communication en interne,
  • Participer à l'accueil des jeunes et du personnel extérieur,
  • Veiller à l'image de l'entreprise et au comportement de ses équipes en fonction de l'environnement client,
  • Faire appliquer les procédures liées à la sécurité, à la qualité et à l'environnement,
  • Remontrer les incidents et les "presqu'accidents" et participer à leur analyse,
  • Vérifier les habilitations de son équipe,
  • Informer le Responsable d'affaire de la non-conformité des chantiers,
  • Encadrer les équipes de montage internes et externes.

Vous prenez ainsi en charge la réalisation de nos chantiers neufs ou de rénovation allant de 3 M€ à 15 M€.


Niveau BTS  (Bac+2) ou Niveau CAP/Bac Pro avec expériences significatives en tant que Chef d'équipe dans le domaine CVC.

Autonomie, prise d'initiative, sens des responsabilités et de la sécurité seront vos atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
