Technicien Informatique F/H

LEFORT FRANCHETEAU, société à taille humaine filiale de VINCI Energies, s’est développée sur la base d’une expertise métier associée à l’écoute de ses clients. Positionnés en leader sur les projets de grande envergure dans le domaine du tertiaire, centres commerciaux, stades, hôtels, data center, laboratoires…, nous concevons et réalisons toutes les installations de génie climatique et de plomberie.

Le technicien informatique en apprentissage sera intégré au service informatique, qui est actuellement composé d'un Responsable Informatique et d'un Technicien qualifié. 

L’objectif principal du service est de garantir la MCO du SI local ainsi que le support aux utilisateurs.

Ce SI est constitué de serveurs hébergés en interne, physiques et virtuels, sous Hyper-V.

Le support informatique couvre un parc de 300 PC et assure le service auprès des utilisateurs (installation des logiciels, des imprimantes, dépannage etc ..).

En tant que Technicien Informatique en alternance, vous serez rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable Informatique.

Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Contribuer au maintien à jour de l'état du parc informatique (ordinateur, imprimante, logiciel...)
  • Contribuer aux achats liés au parc informatique (matériels, consommables...)
  • Assurer le support informatique interne
  • Suppléer le RI dans les tâches quotidiennes (attribution de droits, restauration de fichiers / dossiers, brassage, wi-fi, téléphonie, traceurs, équipement des salles de réunion)
  • Répondre aux besoins des différents interlocuteurs
  • Savoir faire appel au support VINCI
  • Suppléer le RI sur l'archivage des dossiers informatiques conformément à la procédure.

Vous préparez un BTS type BTS SIO (option SISR préférée) ou CIEL.

Vous êtes passionné(e) par le développement informatique (web, logiciels, applications)

Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et aimez le travail en équipe
