Stage - Responsable de Site Adjoint F/H

Nous recherchons, au sein de VINCI Facilities Copernic IDF Sud, un(e) Stagiaire Responsable de Site Adjoint.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Site et/ou du Responsable d'Affaires, vos missions sont les suivantes : 

- La gestion opérationnelle du contrat : planification des opérations préventives et correctives, suivi technique, pilotage des prestations de service à l’occupant, bilans périodiques d’activité à soutenir au client ;

- Le management de l’équipe site VINCI Facilities (animation, organisation, suivi, formation) et le pilotage de la sous-traitance ;

- L’animation de la démarche d’amélioration continue afin d’apporter au client des plans de progrès sur les installations en vue d’optimiser les coûts d’exploitation (consommations énergétiques, gammes de maintenance, périodicités…) ;

- Le management Qualité-Sécurité-Santé-Environnement de l’équipe site VINCI Facilities et des sous-traitants ;

- Du reporting auprès du Responsable de Site.
