La Direction Régionale Océan Indien de VINCI Energies est composée de 10 entreprises basées sur les territoires de La Réunion et de Mayotte. Ses activités sont centrées sur des travaux électricité tertiaire, construction, réhabilitation & optimisation énergétique ; conception et la réalisation d’infrastructures de réseaux d’énergies, d’éclairage public, d’équipements urbains dynamiques ; d’infrastructures de réseaux de télécommunication ou encore de maintenance multi-technique / CVC.

đź“Ś Vos missions :
Rattaché.e au chef d’entreprise, vous avez la responsabilité d’affaires dans leur globalité en intégrant les aspects commerciaux, budgétaires, techniques, management d’équipe et sécurité. 

Aspect technique : 
- Superviser les Ă©tudes et piloter leur mise en Ĺ“uvre
- Devenir le principal interlocuteur des clients, de la négociation jusqu'au suiv
- Mettre en œuvre des moyens techniques nécessaires à la réalisation de vos projets 
- Analyser la faisabilité des travaux en cohérence avec les possibilités de l’entreprise 

Aspect commercial :
- Être l’interlocuteur.trice des clients 
- Rédiger les propositions commerciales 

Aspect pilotage d’affaires : 
- GĂ©rer le budget global des affaires
- Superviser les moyens humains et matériels affectés aux chantiers 
- Manager les équipes opérationnelles 
- Suivre le bon déroulement des opérations à tous les niveaux : qualité du service client, respect des délais et des conditions contractuelles 

Aspect stratégique et sécurité : 
- Participer au développement et à la stratégie de l’entreprise 
- S'impliquer dans le tissu régional
- Être garant du respect des consignes et de procédures de sécurité et qualité


👨‍🎓 Votre profil :

De formation BAC +5 dans l’ingénierie, vous avez idéalement 3 à 8 ans d’expérience dans la conduite d’affaires.
