Ingénieur de production F/H

Nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur.e de Production expérimenté pour accompagner l’intégration d’applications dans un environnement complexe mêlant infrastructure et sécurité.

Votre rôle :

  • Participer à l’intégration complète des solutions (définition, validation, déploiement).
  • Assurer le Build & Run, le suivi des livraisons applicatives et le diagnostic des incidents.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue (automatisation, industrialisation, DevSecOps).

Vos responsabilités: 

  • Compréhension des besoins des établissements et qualification des applicatifs « privatifs ».
  • Définition de l’offre et de l’architecture adaptée, en conformité avec les règles de sécurité.
  • Gestion du cycle complet d’intégration : définition, estimation des coûts, qualité de service, présentation et validation.
  • Supervision des déploiements applicatifs via méthodes DevOps (XLRelease/XLDeploy).
  • Diagnostic des incidents et coordination des acteurs pour résolution rapide.
  • Reporting et mise à jour des tableaux de bord pour anticiper les évolutions.
  • Maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures.
  • Participation à l’amélioration continue (processus, outils, automatisation).

Vous êtes Ingénieur de production ou sur un poste équivalent avec la capacité à piloter des projets, mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques, assurer diagnostics et intégrations, et  à collaborer avec des équipes variées.

Compétences impératives :

  • OS Windows et Linux (confirmé).
  • Gestion du Build et du Run (confirmé).
  • Anglais professionnel.

Compétences importantes :

  • Outils : VTOM, ELK, ZABBIX (niveau junior).
  • Connaissance des environnements Linux Apache/PHP/Tomcat + Windows.
  • Expérience en production applicative et outils de production (supervision, ordonnancement, patching, logs, transferts).
  • Automatisation avec Terraform, Ansible.
  • Pratiques DevSecOps et sensibilisation sécurité.
  • Capacité à développer des scripts pour automatisation.
