Responsable Administratif et Financier Junior H/F

Vous intégrez notre Parcours Pépinière VINCI Energies, spécialement conçu pour les jeunes diplômés souhaitant évoluer vers des fonctions de Responsable Administratif et Financier.

Accompagné(e) par un tuteur expérimenté, vous bénéficierez de formations à l'Académie VINCI, d'immersions dans d'autres entreprises du Groupe et d'un véritable parcours professionnalisant pour développer progressivement votre autonomie et vos responsabilités.

🎯 Vos missions : 

Aux côtés d'un RAF expérimenté, vous participerez au pilotage :

đź“Š Finance & Gestion

  • Budgets et reportings financiers
  • ClĂ´tures comptables
  • Analyse et consolidation des donnĂ©es de gestion
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et assurer le suivi de l'activitĂ©
  • Participer Ă  la mise en place et Ă  l'amĂ©lioration des processus comptables et administratifs, notamment via les opportunitĂ©s offertes par les outils digitaux et l'IA
  • ContrĂ´ler les imputations comptables et la qualitĂ© des donnĂ©es enregistrĂ©es
  • Assurer le suivi du budget de l'entreprise, des frais gĂ©nĂ©raux et des indicateurs financiers
  • PrĂ©parer, analyser et commenter les tableaux de bord mensuels et les arrĂŞtĂ©s comptables trimestriels
  • Calculer et enregistrer les Ă©critures de clĂ´ture : provisions, factures non parvenues et autres opĂ©rations comptables
  • Garantir le respect des procĂ©dures internes, comptables et financières

🎓 Votre profil : 

Bac+5 en Finance, Gestion, Comptabilité ou équivalent

Jeune diplômé(e) ou première expérience (stage, alternance)

Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un bon relationnel

Envie d'apprendre et d'Ă©voluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial
