ACTEMIUM Saint Quentin, filiale de VINCI Energies est spécialisée en Installations, Travaux neufs et Maintenance, en Electricité, Automatismes et Instrumentation à destination des industriels (agroalimentaire, chimie, cosmétique, métallurgie …).

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e)

Adjoint Responsable d’affaires H/F

Le métier d’Adjoint Responsable d’Affaires chez VINCI Energies, interlocuteur privilégié de ses clients, consiste à piloter des projets de A à Z, de leur conception à leur réalisation technique.

Directement rattaché(e) à un Responsable d’Affaires expérimenté, vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes de manière évolutive :

- Modification ou création de plans (SolidWorks)

- Suivi d’affaires (clients/collaborateurs)

- Demande de prix pour chiffrages ou commandes

- Approvisionnement et achat de matériel pour la réalisation de nos chantiers

- Chiffrage (appel d’offres ou demande client sous la responsabilité d’un Responsable d’Affaires)

- Réalisation de DOE (dossier des ouvrages exécutés)

- Gestion des sujets QHSE (audits, respect et application des mesures de prévention…)

Pour mieux vous immerger dans notre activité, vous aurez l’occasion de réaliser des visites de chantiers et de participer à des échanges avec le bureau d’études


De formation type Ingénieur(e) en génie électrique ou Bac +3 en électricité industrielle ou automatisme, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le domaine et dans le secteur industriel.

Véritable leader dans le management de son équipe, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez faire preuve d'initiative, êtes force de proposition et êtes moteur d’innovation.

Votre goût du terrain, votre bon relationnel et vos bonnes capacités de management sont autant d'atouts qui contribueront à votre réussite à ce poste.
