Au sein de notre agence EUROVIA basée à Carquefou (près de Nantes), nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) pour assurer les différentes tâches administratives liées à notre Bureau d'Etudes, en charge de la réponse aux appels d'offres et des études de nos chantiers TP/VRD du département.

Vos missions principales sont :

  • Rédaction du planning des appels d'offres et téléchargement des dossiers
  • Préparation et envoi des dossiers appels d'offres par courrier ou en gestion dématérialisée
  • Participation à la rédaction des mémoires techniques avec le bureau d'étude
  • Préparation des conventions préalable en cas de groupement d'entreprises
  • Suivi des statistiques commerciaux de l'agence
  • Secrétariat courant du service

Poste en CDI basé à Carquefou, près de Nantes.


De formation bac à bac +2 en secrétariat ou assistanat de gestion PME/PMI, vous justifiez d'une première expérience professionnelle réussie sur un poste similaire dans le secteur de la construction.

Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique et du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, suite Microsoft, outils collaboratifs). Une connaissance du système SAP serait un plus.

Vous justifiez d'une bonne connaissance des marchés publics.

Pour ce poste demandant un sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et de la discrétion, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel.
