Uxello, entreprise du Groupe VINCI, est spĂ©cialisĂ©e dans la conception, l’installation et la maintenance de solutions de protection incendie sur mesure (sprinklers, RIA
).

Nous poursuivons notre dĂ©veloppement sur l’implantation travaux neufs Ă  Saran (OrlĂ©ans), un projet ambitieux Ă  continuer ensemble.

🚀 Un projet à construire

Vous rejoignez une implantation en plein dĂ©veloppement, aux cĂŽtĂ©s d’un Responsable d’Affaires confirmĂ© et passionnĂ©, d’une responsable d’affaires adjointe en devenir et des Ă©quipes chantier.

Votre intĂ©gration sera facilitĂ©e par l’accompagnement de l’équipe basĂ©e Ă  Saran et Ă  Nantes.

Quelques déplacements seront à prévoir.

Votre rÎle : développer & piloter la relation client et le chiffrage des travaux en protection incendie dans la région Centre Val de Loire.

🎯 Vos enjeux

Maßtriser les aspects techniques et réglementaires des installations sprinkler
Être force de proposition auprùs de nos clients et prospects
Participer activement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires

🛠 Vos missions

En lien direct avec le Responsable d’Affaires et le chef d’entreprise, vous :

🏗 RĂ©alisez les visites de sites pour Ă©valuer la faisabilitĂ© des solutions
📐 Dimensionnez et chiffrez les projets
📄 Élaborerez les offres techniques et commerciales
🗣 PrĂ©sentez et soutenez les offres auprĂšs des donneurs d’ordres
📞 Assurez le suivi commercial des propositions
🔍 Identifiez de nouveaux prospects et dĂ©veloppez le rĂ©seau local

Et aussi :

💰 Élaborer les chiffrages selon les cahiers des charges et normes en vigueur
🧠 Appliquer les rĂ©glementations R1, NFEN, NFPA, FM
đŸ€ Contribuer Ă  la vie de l’équipe
💬 Participer aux projets internes selon vos envies : QVT, RSE, Marque Employeur



🧠 Votre profil

  • Une premiĂšre expĂ©rience en protection incendie par sprinkler est nĂ©cessaire (technicien, Ă©tudes, chiffrage ou gestion d’affaires)
  • Vous aimez allier technique et relation client
  • OrganisĂ©(e), rĂ©actif(ve), avec un excellent relationnel et un vrai sens commercial
  • Vous aimez travailler en Ă©quipe et vous investir dans un projet collectif
