Un Chef de chantier en grand déplacement H/F

Votre rôle :

Le Chef de chantier conduit et coordonne les travaux sur les chantiers dans le respect de la sécurité. Il gère et anime son équipe. Il assure quantitativement et qualitativement l’exécution des chantiers dans le respect des délais et instructions reçues par le Chef de projets. Il assure la préparation et le suivi des travaux jusqu’à la mise en service opérationnelle des équipements installés.

Vos Missions :

  • Préparation du chantier : Prépare et organise les chantiers de montage et de mise en service en analysant les dossiers techniques, en coordonnant les moyens d'intervention.
  • Organisation : Coordonne et supervise les opérations de montage, de manutention et de mise en service en pilotant les équipes et sous-traitants, tout en garantissant le respect des exigences techniques, de sécurité et de planning.
  • Management : Encadre et accompagne les équipes de monteurs en assurant leur intégration, leur formation et la coordination des interventions à travers l'animation des réunions de chantier.
  • Suivi : Assure le suivi qualité des travaux et la réception des installations en contrôlant la conformité des montages et raccordements, en supervisant les essais et la mise en service.
  • Sécurité : Veille à l’application des règles de sécurité en faisant respecter les procédures et équipements de protection.
  • Relation client : Assure l’interface technique avec le client tout au long du chantier, participe aux réunions de suivi et veille à la bonne réalisation des travaux afin de garantir la satisfaction client et la réussite du projet.

Le profil que nous aimerions rencontrer :

Formation : Bac à Bac+5 dans un domaine mécanique.

Expérience : 3 à 5 ans dans le levage / la maintenance industrielle / ou le montage de structure métallique

Compétences techniques : fonctionnement des appareils de levage, lecture de plans

Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
