  • Sie unterstützen die BU-Leitung als Assistenz im operativen und strategischen Bereich
  • Sie stellen ein effizientes Terminmanagement sicher
  • Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich Statistiken, Präsentationen und Reports
  • Sie üben allgemeine administrative Bürotätigkeiten aus
  • Sie bearbeiten sowohl die Eingangs- als auch die Ausgangspost
Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in einem technischen Bereich sammeln, idealerweise in den Bereichen Brandschutz oder Heizung/Sanitär/Klima
  • Sie bringen gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket sowie mit EDV-Systemen
  • Sie arbeiten verantwortungsbewusst, strukturiert, sind loyal und diskret
