Vos missions : concrètes et variées

Rattaché(e) à votre chef d’entreprise, vous interviendrez sur le terrain et permettrez une montée en compétences sur la qualité et le système de management intégré de Vinci Facilities Drôme Ardèche basée à Valence (26) :

•Assurer la présence terrain QSE sur les sites de nos clients
•Réaliser des visites sécurité et audits terrain (EPI, gestes et postures, conformité).
•Identifier les situations à risques et proposer des actions correctives/préventives.
•Participer à l’analyse des incidents/accidents et au suivi des plans d’actions.
•Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux enjeux QSE.
•Accompagner la structuration du Système de Management Intégré (Qualité – Sécurité – Environnement).
•Participer à la mise à jour et au pilotage de la documentation QSE (procédures, modes opératoires).
•Contribuer à la formalisation des processus et au suivi des indicateurs qualité.
•Participer à la préparation et au suivi des audits internes et externes

•Formation Bac +3 en QSE ou domaine équivalent. Première expérience en milieu industriel, BTP ou multisites appréciée.
•Vous avez des connaissances des normes ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) ou volonté de monter en compétences. Vous êtes un.e acteur.trice dans la prévention des risques pour vous et les autres.
•Vous avez une excellente rigueur, autonomie et un goût prononcé pour le terrain.
