Dans le cadre du développement de l’entreprise, nous recrutons un(e)
RESPONSABLE D’AFFAIRES Adjoint F/H en CDI.

Rattaché(e) au chef d'entreprise, vous assurez et développez les contacts commerciaux, vous êtes le représentant de l'entreprise d'un point de vue commercial 

Vous travaillerez en chantier sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du responsable d'affaires et en lien direct avec le chef de chantier et/ou le conducteur de travaux.


A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :


- Support au RA dans le pilotage de ses projets sur les plans techniques :


Réponse technique aux cahiers des charges ;

Réalisation des devis et présentation aux clients ;


Participation à l’organisation des réunions de lancement, de CSP (comité de suivi de projet) et de REX (Retour d’Expérience) ;


Intervention et suivi du chantier ; …


- Participation au Management des équipes (internes ou externes) et des moyens techniques dans le respect des règles de Sécurité, de Qualité et d’Environnement


Vos atouts :


• Votre organisation et votre rigueur, dans la gestion des budgets comme dans la gestion contractuelle et commerciale des contrats, seront des atouts certains pour réussir à ce poste.


• Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles vous permettant notamment de gérer les sous-traitants internes et externes.


• Votre sens du service, votre réactivité et votre capacité d'écoute et de synthèse seront également appréciés.

Votre rémunération et vos conditions d’exercices :

o Salaire mensuel selon profil + 13ème mois

o Mutuelle / Intéressement / PEG

o Caisse de congés payés 

o CSE participant à la vie d'entreprise

o Lieu d’exercice sur Valenciennes et les alentours

o Contrat CDI

o Titres restaurants 


De niveau Bac +5 (école d’ingénieur de préférence),

vous justifiez d’au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’affaires.

Vous avez de solides connaissances multi-techniques, avec une prédominance en électricité industrielle,
