Technical & Operations Team Lead H/F
Qui sommes-nous ?
A subsidiary of the VINCI Group, NUVIA has positioned itself as a specialist in the nuclear sector for over 30 years, with more than 4,000 employees worldwide.
NUVIA operates throughout the entire lifecycle of nuclear and sensitive facilities, from construction to operation and maintenance, through to decommissioning.
Drawing on unique and complementary expertise, our areas of activity cover engineering, services, works and products.
NUVIA Benelux brings world-class expertise and a strong track record of trust to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We apply the same high standards of safety, quality, transparency and innovation that define NUVIA as a whole.
Description du poste
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Technical & Operations Team Lead.
Within a small and dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting the development and structuring of our activities in Belgium.
You will contribute both to operational delivery and business growth, in a role requiring versatility, ownership and strong adaptability.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects (planning, execution, monitoring and financial follow-up)
- Coordinate site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Act as the main interface between clients, management and site execution teams
- Lead and support field teams, ensuring engagement and performance
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to technical and commercial proposals
- Monitor project performance (costs, deadlines, margins) and ensure proper reporting
- Ensure proper administrative follow-up (invoicing, timesheets validation, reporting)
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods
This position requires regular travel to nuclear sites across Belgium, mainly Tihange and Doel
Profil recherché
We are looking for a candidate with around 5 years of experience and a technical background (civil, mechanical, nuclear or similar), although specialization is not critical. Project management experience is required, while team management is a plus. The ideal profile is a versatile, proactive and adaptable generalist, able to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, Dutch is an asset, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment is essential.
What we are looking for above all
Beyond technical skills, we are primarily looking for a mindset: a versatile and adaptable generalist, comfortable working across multiple topics in a hands-on environment. You are proactive, solution-oriented and enjoy working as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ambition to grow along with the company.
Why join us?
Working at NUVIA means taking on a key role in the development of our activities in Belgium, with a high level of autonomy and direct impact on the business. You will evolve in a dynamic, agile and entrepreneurial environment, where initiative is valued and ideas can quickly turn into action. This position also offers real opportunities for growth, including the possibility to progress towards a Business Line leadership role.

Warning to applicants about false job offers and fraudulent proposals
The VINCI group wishes to warn applicants about the online publication of false job offers for contracts abroad in the name of VINCI group companies. The authors of these offers fraudulently use the corporate names, brands and logos of VINCI group companies to deceive applicants, inducing them to reveal personal information and to pay money to obtain alleged services. Under no circumstances do VINCI group companies ask for candidates' bank details or any payment of money as part of their recruitment process. We therefore strongly recommend that applicants check the authenticity of job offers before responding to them.
