Lead Service Technician E&I

Als Lead Service Technician E&I ben jij de verbindende schakel in onderhoudsprojecten bij industriële klanten. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar werkpakketten, coördineert de uitvoering én denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en leiderschapskwaliteiten breng je techniek, veiligheid en samenwerking samen. In je eerste jaar maak je kennis met onze klanten, installaties en werkwijzen. Daarna krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld richting projectleiding, engineering of de begeleiding van junior collega’s.

  • Je hebt ervaring met PLC-systemen (zoals Siemens S7 / PCS7 of Rockwell CLX), HMI/SCADA en industriële netwerken is een pré
  • Ervaring met CAD of EPLAN is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Je krijgt energie van het aansturen én meewerken in technische onderhoudsprojecten
  • Je vindt het leuk om collega’s te begeleiden en te laten groeien
  • Je voelt je thuis in een rol met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt affiniteit met elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en normen zoals ATEX en NEN3140
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een goed salaris, leaseauto en aandelen-spaarprogramma (CASTOR)
  • Uitdagende projecten binnen de industriële sector
