Chargé d'opérations M&A F/H

Dans le cadre du développement de notre stratégie de croissance externe, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d'Opérations M&A afin d'accompagner l'analyse et l'exécution des opérations de fusions-acquisitions et d'investissement.

Rattaché(e) à la DAF du Pôle de Management, situé à Bezannes (51), vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle des opérations, depuis le début du projet jusqu'au closing et au suivi de l'intégration.

Vos Missions :

  • Piloter les projets de croissances externes en cohérence avec la stratégie du groupe.
  • Réaliser un business plan et présenter différents scénarios en fonction de la stratégie définie
  • Analyser les données financières, opérationnelles et stratégiques des cibles.
  • Préparer les dossiers de présentation, notes d'investissement et supports à destination des instances de décision.
  • Coordonner les intervenants internes et externes (conseils financiers, juridiques, experts-comptables, auditeurs, etc.).
  • Participer aux phases de due diligence.
  • Contribuer à la négociation des opérations et au suivi des transactions jusqu'à leur finalisation.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans le suivi post-acquisition et les projets d'intégration.
  • Assurer une veille active sur les marchés, les acteurs et les opportunités de croissance externe.


Le profil que nous aimerions rencontrer :

  • Formations : Bac+5 (École de commerce, Ingénieur, Université avec spécialisation Finance, Audit, Stratégie ou M&A).
  • Première expérience réussie de 1 ou 2 M&A, transactions services, audit financier ou cabinet de conseil.
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques d'analyse financière et de valorisation.
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de modélisation.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, discrétion et sens du résultat.
  • Excellent relationnel et aptitude à travailler en mode projet avec des interlocuteurs variés.
