Chef de chantier réseaux F/H

Delaire est une entreprise du groupe VINCI Energies, implantée à Chef Boutonne et disposant d'un centre de travaux situé à la Crèche.

Profondément ancrée et acteur majeur sur le département des Deux Sèvres, nous concevons et réalisons pour nos clients (publics et privés) des infrastructures d’énergies : réseaux électriques aériens et souterrains, gaz, éclairage public, génie civil réseaux de télécommunications.

Nous recherchons un Responsable de chantier Réseaux F/H réseaux prêt à relever le défi de la réalisation de chantiers de réseaux aériens/souterrains HTA ou BT en encadrant des équipes de 2 à 3 personnes ! 

La sécurité est notre priorité absolue. En tant que chef d'équipe, vous superviserez chaque opération pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr, en respectant rigoureusement les normes de sécurité.

 Votre expertise en électricité sera mise à profit pour optimiser nos chantiers. Vous serez acteur du choix de vos conditions de travail, tout en bénéficiant d'un accompagnement continu au sein de l’entreprise. 


 Que fait-on sur un chantier de réseaux aériens/souterrains HTA ou BT ?

✔️ Coordonne et réalise les travaux de pose et dépose de réseaux HTA ou BT

✔️ Définit l'organisation de son chantier, attribue et optimise les missions de chaque membre de son équipe.

✔️ Réalise l’état d’avancement du chantier 

✔️ Référent sécurité sur le chantier (applique et fait appliquer les règles).


Diplômé en électricité, avec une expérience significative dans le domaine du réseau public de distribution HTA et BT.

Sens aigu de l'organisation et aptitude avérée à la planification des tâches des chantiers.

Intérêt pour le travail en équipe et en extérieur.

Permis B et C ainsi que CACES Nacelle et travaux TST obligatoires.
