VINCI Facilities (1,4 milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en 2019, 8500 salariés) assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants, de la maintenance multitechnique aux prestations de facility management. 

Le Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 270M€, 1650 collaborateurs), recrute un Responsable d’Exploitation (H/F) pour l'une de ses Entreprises, spécialisée dans la maintenance multitechnique et le facility management de sites sensibles dans les data centers. 



MISSIONS 



Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, plusieurs missions vous seront confiées, à savoir : 
- Management d’une équipe de 5 personnes  
- 2 data centers : Courbevoie et Collines 
- Rédaction de devis 
- Pilotage du contrat et sous-traitants, être le principal interlocuteur avec les fournisseurs 
- Gestion de la relation client 
 -Gestion du reporting et de la GMAO 
- Suivi des dépenses et du budget 
- Pilotage des opérations de maintenance et des plans d’actions et amélioration continue 
- Etude technique et chiffrage 


Poste basé à Courbevoie. 


Diplômé(e) d’un BAC à BAC + 2 en électrotechnique ou génie climatique, vous êtes aptes à travailler en milieu occupé et sensible et justifiez d’une expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance d’au moins 10 ans ?  


Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre expertise en électricité ? 


Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en maintenance multi technique pour piloter des contrats de maintenance ?  


On dit de vous que vous avez une aisance relationnelle, êtes autonome et polyvalent(e) ?
