Bauleiter m/w/d baulicher Brandschutz

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sind verantwortlich für die gesamte Organisation und Überwachung der Baustellen im Bereich Trockenbau und haustechnischen Brandschutz. Dabei halten Sie entsprechende Vorgaben ein, kümmern sich um die Personaldisposition und nehmen an Baustellenbesprechungen und -begehungen teil. Zudem erstellen Sie Aufmaße und bereiten Abrechnungen vor. Sie koordinieren den Einsatz der Nachunternehmer und pflegen und erweitern Kundenbeziehungen. Neben der Sicherung von Terminen und Qualität bei der Auftragsabwicklung sorgen Sie für die Einhaltung der Forderungen nach Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz (SGU).

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maurer:in und Schreiner:in, Trockenbauer:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Baustellen inkl. Personalverantwortung
  • Kundenorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
