Project Engineer- ICT
Axians Qatar, the operational entity of Cegelec Qatar (a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas), was established in 2020 to meet the growing demands of the Qatari market in telecommunications, IoT cybersecurity, and industrial networks.

Role
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the ICT sector
- Own the end-to-end proposal development, client presentations, and market research
- Manage awarded projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones and KPIs
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in the ICT sector
- Energetic and proactive, with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships
- Committed to transitioning into project management, with proven capability to lead projects from initiation to completion
- Comfortable working on-site and managing field teams effectively
- Knowledge in CRM tools, proposal development, an advantage
