H&S Coördinator

Jij werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams, projectleiders en het management om onze veiligheidsstandaarden te bewaken én continu te verbeteren. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, signaleert risico’s en vertaalt deze direct naar concrete acties. Niet alleen, maar samen met het team van HSEQ Business Partners en veiligheidskundigen.


Wat je gaat doen

  • Je initieert en draagt bij aan initiatieven die onze veiligheidscultuur versterken: processen optimaliseren, bewustzijn vergroten en hulpmiddelen ontwikkelen
  • Je coördineert de certificering volgens de Safety Culture Ladder (trede 4)
  • Je ontwikkelt en geeft trainingen en toolboxmeetings om collega’s (en leveranciers) bewust te maken van veilig werken
  • Je onderzoekt ongevallen en incidenten en komt met concrete verbetermaatregelen
  • Je ondersteunt externe audits en voert interne audits en leveranciersaudits uit
  • Je houdt het managementsysteem up-to-date, overzichtelijk en relevant



  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Integrale Veiligheidskunde of Hogere Veiligheidskunde
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in veiligheidskunde, zodat je met inhoudelijke diepgang onze collega’s en het management kunt adviseren
  • Bekendheid met certificeringsnormen zoals de Safety Culture Ladder en VCA-P
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels, want je schakelt met alle lagen binnen de organisatie
  • Ondernemerschap en eigenaarschap: we vertrouwen erop dat jij kansen ziet én benut om veiligheid te versterken
  • Je bent een verbinder die mensen meeneemt en een scherp oog heeft voor detail
