HBO/WO Trainee Elektrotechniek

Wij bieden een uniek traineeship aan voor ambitieuze afgestudeerden die zich willen specialiseren in hoogspanningswereld. In dit intensieve programma zul je niet alleen technische kennis opdoen, maar ook forse stappen zetten op het gebied van softskills. Als trainee elektrotechniek met een focus op hoogspanning, zul je betrokken worden bij diverse projecten en verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  1. Ontwerp en Implementatie: Werken aan het ontwerp en de implementatie van hoogspanningsinstallaties.
  2. Onderhoud en Diagnose: Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken.
  3. Projectmanagement: Bijdragen aan het projectmanagementproces, inclusief planning en coördinatie van hoogspanningsprojecten.
  4. Softskillsontwikkeling: Actief werken aan je communicatieve vaardigheden, teamwork en leiderschap.


  • Recent afgeronde opleiding elektrotechniek op HBO- of WO-niveau.
  • Interesse in hoogspanningstechnologie.
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve en leergierige houding.
  • Teamspeler met potentieel voor leiderschap.
