Trainee Proces-, Cost- & Tender Management

Als Trainee Proces-, Cost- & Tender Management krijg je de unieke kans om betrokken te worden bij gevarieerde en uitdagende projecten. Gedurende het traineeship zal je verschillende aspecten van procesmanagement, kostencalculatie en tendermanagement verkennen. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  1. Procesmanagement:
  2. Het analyseren, optimaliseren en implementeren van projectprocessen. Samenwerken met diverse afdelingen/stakeholders om de efficiëntie te verbeteren.
  3. Cost Management:
  4. Het opstellen van kostenramingen en -begrotingen voor projecten. Actieve betrokkenheid bij het beheer van projectbudgetten.
  5. Tender Management:
  6. Het voorbereiden en coördineren van inschrijvingen voor nieuwe projecten. Samenwerken met het team om winnende tenders te realiseren.


  • Recent afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Bedrijfskunde, of een vergelijkbare studie.
  • Interesse in procesmanagement, kostencalculatie en tendermanagement.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit.
  • Ambitie om te groeien in een dynamische en innovatieve werkomgeving.
  • Nederlandse taal beheersen is een vereiste! Dutch language recruired!
