Comptable Clients F/H

VINCI Facilities (1,7 milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires, 8500 salariés) assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants, de la maintenance multitechnique aux prestations de facility management. 

Le pôle VINCI Facilities IDF tertiaire (CA 270M€, 1700 collaborateurs), recrute un(e) Comptable Clients (H/F) pour l'une de ses Entreprises spécialisée dans la maintenance multi technique des data centers. 




MISSIONS  

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Administrative d’Entreprise, vous aurez pour principales missions :  
- Saisie des commandes clients pour alimenter le carnet de commandes 
- Etablissement des factures clients 
- Suivi des encaissements 
- Relances client avec le suivi des litiges 
- Gestions des contrats : suivi des commandes avec calcul des révisions de prix. 
- Gestion de refacturations groupe 
- Echange réguliers avec les responsables d’affaires pour le suivi 
- Autres tâches administratives contribuant au bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise. 

Poste à pourvoir ASAP à Gennevilliers (92). 


Titulaire d'un BAC +2 type BTS Comptabilité, vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative en comptabilité. 


Vous êtes à l'aise avec le PackOffice (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) 


Vous êtes dynamique, motivé.e et capable de vous adapter à une équipe administrative organisée et pourvue de l'esprit de service ?
