Localisation : Eurométropole Strasbourgeoise (67) — Télétravail partiel possible en fonction du client

Mission

Tu intégreras notre centre de services managés ou un centre de service dédié client en tant que technicien(ne) en charge du support, du déploiement et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures de nos clients PME, ETI et collectivités.

En lien étroit avec les équipes systèmes, réseaux et cybersécurité, tu participeras activement à la production quotidienne des services managés, en assurant fiabilité, performance et qualité de service

⚙️ Tes responsabilités

  • Assurer le support niveau 1 & 2 sur les environnements clients
  • Déployer et maintenir les infrastructures managées (systèmes, réseaux, sécurité, téléphonie)
  • Suivre les tickets via notre outil ITSM ou l'outil du client (GLPI, ServiceNow ou EasyVista)
  • Mettre en œuvre des outils de supervision et de monitoring ( EVObserve, Centreon, Zabbix...)
  • Participer à l’automatisation des tâches récurrentes (PowerShell, Ansible...)
  • Documenter les procédures techniques et les environnements clients
  • Remonter les anomalies et proposer des pistes d’amélioration

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+2/+3 en informatique (BTS SIO, BUT R&T, Licence pro...)
  • Solide culture IT : Windows Server, Active Directory, réseaux TCP/IP
  • Première expérience en environnement MSP ou infogérance appréciée
  • À l’aise dans l’échange client, rigoureux et orienté satisfaction
  • Curieux(se), autonome, passionné(e) par les environnements multi-clients
  • Bonus : appétence DevOps, cybersécurité ou Cloud (Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Anglais B2 minimum
