Project Manager - Saarbrücken H/M

Position purpose
As part of the reinforcement of our German organization, Actemium (VINCI Energies) is looking for a Project Manager through internal mobility to take responsibility for industrial projects, ensuring technical excellence, financial control and customer satisfaction.
This role is critical to strengthening the local team and supporting the execution of current and upcoming projects, mainly within the automotive industry, while offering an excellent opportunity for professional development within the Group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage industrial projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality.
- Act as the main point of contact with customers and lead project meetings autonomously.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to local management.
- Provide technical support to the local organization when required.
- Occasionally contribute to technical activities such as:
- Preparation or modification of technical proposals.
- Basic design or drawing tasks using AutoCAD.
- Be present on customer sites when needed for meetings, follow-up or minor technical adjustments.
Initial scope:
Upon joining, the Project Manager will be directly involved in two ongoing automotive projects with Audi, assuming project and technical responsibilities under the supervision of the local manager.
Education & experience
Technical background (Engineering, Mechanics, Automation or similar).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, not mandatory.
Technical skills
Project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
AutoCAD knowledge is highly valued.
Languages
Fluent German is mandatory.
English is an advantage.
Personal competencies
Proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
Ability to work autonomously in a small, agile organization.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to embrace VINCI Energies’ decentralized, entrepreneurial culture.
Profiles used only to very rigid or highly corporate environments may not be suitable.
