Expert Middleware F/H

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur de Production expérimenté pour intervenir sur la gestion de l’obsolescence technique dans un environnement critique.

Votre rôle :

  • Renforcer l’équipe sur les serveurs d’applications (type JBoss) et middleware.
  • Participer aux phases projet : intégration, mise à niveau, diagnostic et optimisation.
  • Industrialiser les processus et automatiser les tâches (scripts, outillage).
  • Accompagner les équipes sur les pratiques DevSecOps et optimiser les coûts (FinOps).

Vos responsabilités: 

  • Expertise sur les serveurs d’application Jboss et autres middleware.
  • Participation aux différentes phases projet (peut piloter certaines).
  • Mise en œuvre des solutions techniques et intégration des nouvelles applications.
  • Réalisation de diagnostics, corrections et solutions de back-up.
  • Maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures.
  • Recette technique et homologation des composants/applications.
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des processus et outils (industrialisation, automatisation).
  • Développement de scripts et outils pour automatiser les tâches.


Vous êtes Ingénieur de production ou sur un poste équivalent avec la capacité à piloter des projets, mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques, assurer diagnostics et intégrations, et  à collaborer avec des équipes variées.

Compétences :

  • Middleware : confirmé (serveurs Jboss).
  • Ordonnanceur VTOM : expert.
  • DevOps : confirmé (souhaitable).
  • Automatisation : Terraform, Ansible, scripting.
  • Connaissance des outils et pratiques DevSecOps.
  • Capacité à industrialiser les tests techniques et améliorer les processus.
  • Sensibilité sécurité et optimisation des performances (FinOps).
