Gestionnaire de paie F/H

MASSELIN est une entreprise du groupe VINCI spécialisée dans les travaux d’électricité tertiaire. Engagée dans une démarche de qualité et de sécurité, nous intervenons sur des projets d’envergure dans le respect des normes environnementales et réglementaires. 

Au sein d’un service RH de 4 personnes, qui accompagne 11 entreprises sur l’ensemble du territoire normand, nous recrutons : 

Un(e) Gestionnaire de Paie expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe et accompagner le développement de notre activité.

Le poste est ouvert dans le cadre d’un CDI, au sein d’un environnement dynamique et multi‑sites.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) au service RH composé de 4 personnes, vous prenez en charge en doublon l’ensemble du processus paie et administration du personnel, notamment :

Paie & éléments variables

Élaboration et contrôle des paies.
Gestion des absences, congés, arrêts maladie, primes et éléments variables.

Administration du personnel

Gestion des entrées et des sorties : contrats, avenants, déclarations…
Suivi de la mutuelle et de la prévoyance.
Gestion des dossiers individuels et des obligations administratives.
Suivi des charges sociales et déclarations associées.

Support et reporting

Participation au suivi des effectifs et aux tableaux de bord RH.
Échanges réguliers avec les chefs d’entreprise dans un contexte multi‑établissements.

Profil recherché :

Bac +2 minimum, idéalement en paie / RH.
Expérience significative en paie, au minimum 3 ans d’expérience.
Aisance dans la gestion multi‑sites. (11 entreprises : effectif d’environ 400 salariés).
Bonne maîtrise de l’administration du personnel.
Notions comptables appréciées.
Une expérience dans le BTP est un véritable plus ainsi que la connaissance de la convention collective du Bâtiment.
La maîtrise de HR ou SAP constitue un atout supplémentaire.
