LEFORT FRANCHETEAU, société à taille humaine filiale de VINCI Energies, s’est développée sur la base d’une expertise-métier associée à l’écoute de ses clients. Positionnés en leader sur les projets de grande envergure dans le domaine du tertiaire, centres-commerciaux, stades, hôtels, data center, laboratoires…, nous concevons et réalisons toutes les installations de génie climatique et de plomberie.

En tant que Responsable d’affaires et sous la responsabilité de votre chef de groupe, vous agirez en chef d’orchestre sur votre projet.

Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Piloter et être garant des aspects techniques, administratifs organisationnels et financiers de l’affaire,
  • Réalisation des études de dimensionnement et négociation des achats de fourniture et sous-traitance,
  • Organiser la réalisation opérationnelle de l’affaire et être garant de la gestion des délais et du planning avec l'aide du chef de chantier,
  • Assurer la relation commerciale avec le client et la maîtrise d’œuvre
  • Être responsable du pilotage de la phase de commissioning et de tests des installations CVC,
  • Garantir le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité sur le chantier.


Vous prenez ainsi en charge la réalisation de nos chantiers neufs ou de rénovation allant de 3 M€ à 15 M€.


De formation bac +5, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire dans le domaine de la CVC.
