ALTERNANCE – Chargé(e) de Missions RH

Rejoignez UBBAK, réseau de VINCI Energies dédié aux technologies du froid, du chaud et du traitement d’air pour les applications process, et participez à la structuration d’une fonction RH moderne, pilotée par la data et orientée performance terrain.

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Missions RH : Formation & Data RH (H/F), en alternance, pour une durée idéale de 24 mois, capable de contribuer à des projets transverses à fort enjeu, au cœur de la transformation d’UBBAK.

Votre rôle : une alternance transverse au croisement de la data, de la formation et du développement RH.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction RH UBBAK France, vous intervenez sur des sujets variés mêlant pilotage social, structuration RH et performance des dispositifs de formation.

Vous contribuez concrètement à fiabiliser la donnée RH, structurer les pratiques et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles en particulier sur le volet formation.


Nous vous accompagnerons sur les missions suivantes:

Formation & UBBAK Institute (pour la majorité de la mission)

  • Gérer le suivi administratif et financier du centre de formation
  • Contribuer au maintien de la conformité Qualiopi
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité et proposer des axes d’amélioration
  • Accompagner les opérationnels dans la construction et le pilotage de leur plan de formation

Data RH & pilotage social 

  • Participer aux consolidations RH trimestrielles et semestrielles
  • Produire et analyser des données sociales (notamment rémunérations par filière / fonction)
  • Contribuer aux travaux de structuration des filières et référentiels métiers UBBAK
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité des données RH

Développement RH & attractivité 

  • Participer aux actions de recrutement et aux relations écoles
  • Contribuer aux actions de communication RH (attractivité, fidélisation)
  • Participer à l’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateur (ex : onboarding)

  • Formation Bac+4/Bac+5 en RH, gestion, data ou école de commerce
  • Appétence forte pour la data et les outils (Excel, Power BI, SIRH)
  • Intérêt pour les sujets RH opérationnels et structurants
  • Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et capacité d’organisation
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
