Manager de l'équipe support applicatif

A travers notre activité Axians Outsourcing nous proposons un accompagnement de proximité à travers des missions en régie chez nos clients sur l’ensemble de nos expertises. Mission de 6 mois ouverte aux indépendants.

Le manager de l'équipe support aura pour mission d’accompagner une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes dans un contexte de transition managériale.

Vos missions :

  • Encadrer et animer l’équipe : organisation du travail, suivi des plannings, gestion des priorités, accompagnement individuel et collectif.
  • Assurer la qualité du support fourni par les équipes
  • Gérer les incidents et les escalades : prioriser les demandes critiques, arbitrer quand les ressources sont limitées, et coordonner avec d’autres services techniques.
  • Former et accompagner : développer les compétences de l’équipe, diffuser les bonnes pratiques de communication et de relation avec les utilisateurs.
  • Veiller à la coordination avec les autres services
  • Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

Vous avez une expérience confirmée de management d'équipe en environnement complexe et vous êtes capable d'accompagner des équipes en tension. 

Les attendus:

  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements bureautiques et des outils de support (ex. gestion de tickets, suivi des incidents).
  • Connaissance des infrastructures informatiques de base
  • Capacité à piloter des indicateurs de performance (SLA, temps de résolution, satisfaction).
  • Compréhension des processus ITIL (incidents, problèmes, changements).
  • Aptitude à formaliser des procédures et documentations claires.
  • Diplomatie et gestion des situations de tension.
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite, adaptée à des profils variés
